Terms of business agreement

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

 

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of Lumax Light d. o. o. are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) and apply to all activities carried out through the Lumax configurator interactive sales platform (hereinafter referred to as Lumax. si). They are an integral part of the purchase contract/order.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions are written in the English language and define the business relationship with all rights and obligations between Lumax Light d.o.o, Mali Kamen 38, 8281 Senovo, registration number: 8752826000, ID. No. VAT SI60497653, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, in connection with it's marketing activities and the sale of goods and to customers in connection with it's purchase of goods through Lumax.si and which are not specified in the Purchase Agreement/Purchase Order.
  3. The Buyer is any natural person who registers on Lumax.si and concludes a valid agreement with the Seller on the use of the configurator and the purchase of goods through Lumax.si.
  4. Lumax.si is operated by Lumax Light d. o. o. , which is therefore defined as an information society service provider in accordance with theConsumer Protection Act.
  5. Through Lumax.si, the Seller offers a wide range of luminaires of medium and higher quality and price range, as well as a range of accessories and consumables related to the luminaires, which are referred as the Goods or Products in the following General Terms and Conditions.
  6. Seller contact details: telephone +386 7 297 8201, e-mail: info@lumax.si . The Customer's contact details are carefully protected in a personal profile/account (hereinafter - personal account), which the Customer creates when registering on Lumax.si.
  7. The Seller and the Buyer are bound by the General Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase (placing an online order). The Buyer confirms his/her acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions by ticking the checkbox before confirming the order at Lumax.si. The Customer has the option to print or save the General Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase. In the confirmation email, the customer receives a link to the General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions apply from 1 January 2022.
  8. All amendments shall be valid only if made in written form and approved by the Seller.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Buyer's terms to the contrary.
